Hello,
I am single mom looking to rent a property-2 bedroom house or flat in Brighton , Newhaven or Hove. At the moment I am full employed in one of Newhaven's factory, and trying to find landlord which accepts housing benefit top up. I have 2 years old son who is going to nursery in Brighton so I am interesting in all different areas.
I would be happy to find private landlord, or maybe someone knows private landlord or even agency which is ok with housing benefit.
I could move in next month (april/2016)
